Lomography
Written by Myra on September 13, 2008 – 9:30 pm -Lomography is based on being free with your creativity when it comes to photography. They emphasize on ignoring rules (that limit you) along with being candid and spontaneous with your photographs - capturing the moment as is. Besides their philosophy that defines this movement, there is a distinct aesthetic to lomographs. Each lomograph camera produces a nostalgic feel to their photographs (siimlar to polaroids - I would say, some would disagree). They tend to have dark circles around the edges of the photographs, you’ll see what I mean when you have a look at a couple of lomograph samples.
