Andy Rementer

Andy Rementer is an cartoonist/ graphic designer based in Philadephia. His work often feature odd-ball characters that appear colourful, round and bubbly while using raw, darker subject matters like obesity, obsessions and consumerism. 

 

Andy has a series of comics called “Techno Tuesday” which is updated every Tuesday. The comics have to do with modern world, technology and how they affect people. You can check them out here.

New Labbit Plushies

For all the Labbit fans out there, Frank Kozik and KidRobot have released plush versions of his Labbit vinyl toys! They currently come in white Mustache Labbit and Smorkin Labbit.

Scott Pilgrim!!

The fifth installment of the comic book series, Scott Pilgrim, called, “Scott Pilgrim Vs. The Universe” is due to be released February 4, 2009! 

In addition to the release, a movie version of the comic is in the works. No word yet on the release date of the movie. You can find out more here.
